My name is Madalina.
For 20 years, I have worked in customer‑facing roles across hospitality, retirement village operations, waste management, and local government.
My work has always been about people, service, and care.
I have a long‑standing interest in sustainability. In how we live, how we build, and how we care for the places around us.
I believe that reconnecting with nature is good for the mind and the soul.

My husband Mihai, is the quiet co‑founder behind the retreat.
A chef with hands‑on hospitality experience, and a steady, practical presence shaped by years of maintaining retirement village facilities.
He will be the one preparing optional dinners for guests, and tending to the gardens, the spa, the pool.
